I can't bend my arms. You think I'm kidding. Well, I'm over-exaggerating. But I can't do it normally. They can bend to a 90 degree angle, but when I try to bend them more (say, to pick my nose), it hurts a lot and it's really slow. It's not slow because it hurts but it is slow against my will. I want to move fast but I can't. And it feels like the tendons are going to snap at the back of my arms. Bloody hell. And Belly says that working out is good. It only happened after I worked out! Jeepers creepers. Damn fitness.
